1. Molding
High-precision molds are created using medical-grade steel, ensuring consistent curvature and optical clarity for every lens.
2. Color Print
Pigments are applied using advanced inkjet or pad printing technology. All dyes are non-toxic and sealed between hydrogel layers — never in contact with the eye.
3. Curing
Lenses are UV-cured under controlled conditions to lock in color and ensure structural stability without compromising oxygen permeability.
4. De-Mold
Each lens is carefully removed from the mold by automated systems to avoid micro-scratches or deformation.
5. Inspection
100% visual and automated inspection checks for defects, color consistency, diameter accuracy, and surface smoothness.
6. Sealing & Packing
Lenses are placed in sterile blister packs with buffered saline solution, then sealed in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment.
7. Sterilization
Final products undergo EO (ethylene oxide) or autoclave sterilization, validated to meet international medical device standards.
8. Labeling
Each box is labeled with batch number, expiry date, CE/FDA mark, and compliance info — fully traceable for global markets.
