1. IN-HOUSE PRECISION MOLD MANUFACTURING

Our in-house molding capability helps us control lens geometry, repeatability, and surface consistency from the beginning of production.

Mold specifications are developed around the required base curve, diameter, optical zone, and edge profile for each project.

2. HIGH OXYGEN PERMEABILITY

For silicone hydrogel options, material selection can provide higher oxygen permeability than conventional hydrogel.

Available specifications depend on the selected material, lens design, replacement cycle, and target-market requirements.

3. EDGE DESIGN

Rounded edge profiles are designed to reduce unnecessary interaction between the lens edge and eyelid.

Edge geometry is evaluated together with diameter, base curve, material, and intended replacement cycle.

4. ASPHERICAL SURFACE

Aspheric optical designs can help manage lens geometry and visual clarity.

The final design is selected according to the product specification, optical requirements, and target market.

5. UV BLOCKING

UV-blocking options are available for selected product specifications and target markets.

UV-blocking contact lenses are not a substitute for UV-protective eyewear. Final labeling and claims must follow the requirements of the destination market.
