1. Molding
High-precision molds are created using medical-grade steel, ensuring consistent curvature and optical clarity for every lens.
2. Color Print
For applicable colored-lens designs, approved pigments are applied using the selected printing process. The printing structure, pigment system, and lens material are confirmed in the approved product specification.
3. Curing
Controlled curing parameters are used to stabilize the printed pattern and lens structure according to the approved manufacturing specification.
4. De-Mold
Each lens is carefully removed from the mold by automated systems to avoid micro-scratches or deformation.
5. Inspection
Inspection combines defined visual and equipment-based checks for relevant defects, color consistency, dimensional requirements, and surface condition.
6. Sealing & Packing
Lenses are placed in the specified blister and solution system, then sealed in a controlled cleanroom environment under the approved packing procedure.
7. Sterilization
The validated sterilization method is selected for the approved lens and packaging system, with cycle controls and release requirements defined for the product.
8. Labeling
Each pack carries the required product, batch, expiry, manufacturer, and traceability information according to the approved labeling and destination-market requirements.
